● All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
2. Delivery Timeline
● Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days after an order is placed.
● Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability, and external factors.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
● Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
● Dispatch may be delayed in case of:
○ Payment authorization issues
○ High order volumes
○ Operational constraints
4. Shipping Charges
● Free shipping is offered on all standard prepaid orders within India.
● Any applicable charges (if introduced in future) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
